The image below is a screen shot of the Excel version of the Lamb Evaluation spread sheet.  The caption is printed
in bold at the top and the data is entered in the table at the bottom.  In between we squandered space with mini
instructions and a listing of the codes you will use.
The pop-up note for the Age column describes the meaning of the calculation.  Each column caption has a
thumbnail description appropriate for the variable or calculation.  Pausing your mouse over any cell with a little red
triangle in the upper right hand corner automatically opens the comment.

The last column, "Check", is done in brilliant pink for grabbing attention.  If the entry says, "OK!" then the data is
acceptable (accuracy depends on you), but if the entry is "Data?" then there is a problem that needs fixing.  The
5th line in the data table has a "5" for Ewe Age.  This fails the data check and prints the "Data?" in the last column.
Notice that since the code for Ewe Age = 5 doesn't exist, Excel writes an error message in last column (#N/A).

When you have filled the table or have finished entering all the data you have, press ...

Control + Shift + p

This runs a macro that copies your data and calculations to the second sheet for printing.  A print preview screen
somewhat like the following hops onto your screen.  If all is well, click the Print button at the top to send the image
to your printer.
Enjoy!
